We have been working with Sound Planning for several projects over the years to refresh the technology at our church. We have updated the projector, added lighting and controls, and most recently updated our sound system. Everyone at Sound Planning, from sales to technicians to trainers, have worked very hard to meet our needs without going overboard and always exceeding our expectations. The sound system refresh was so great that one of the hearing impaired congregation members remarked after the first service with the new system that he could hear the entire service for the first time in a long time. As the church volunteer sound guy, that blew me away. I cannot say “Thank you” enough for the time and effort that you dedicate to your customers.

My design was not very involved, but I was treated like it was a $200k install... had a "no-sound" issue on a Saturday afternoon. Did not expect anybody to respond, but Jeff called me and walked me through the issue and fixed it! All while he was going up North on vacation! Sound Planning sets the bar high for customer service, not matter how big or small your job might be!

Shortly after 8 o'clock this morning I called Sound Communications to determine what exactly they do. A woman answered in a courteous, pleasant tone. ¡ Aha ! I thought -- not another labyrinth of computer-driven menus -- a live person! And lucky I was, as within 3 minutes Elise told me that Sound Communications sells, installs and services high-end video and audio systems in commercial businesses and houses of worship.
It was not a business that can serve my immediate needs, but the few minutes I spent talking with Elise were most informative and pleasant.
