We had an absolute blast at Spare Time Omaha! From the moment we stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere was infectious. My daughter and I donned our funky bowling shoes and hit the lanes, giggling as we attempted our best strikes—and sometimes hilariously missing the pins! The neon lights and upbeat music made it feel like a mini party, and the arcade games added an extra layer of excitement. Sharing nachos and cheering each other on made the day even more special. Spare Time Omaha is definitely a strike in our book for family fun! 🎳✨

Very clean establishment. Food was on par with similar places.

Was here to get a tour from Kim Buthe and learn more about this venue. The place is huge and lots of things to do. It's fun and has bowling, party rooms, dining rooms, arcade room, escape rooms and a laser tag room. It has a lot of similar features to Bowlero (the old Mark in Elkhorn) but it feels more luxurious and geared towards adults and businesses. Don't misunderstand, they do have plenty of stuff for kids to do, that include the arcades, bowling, laser tag, etc. but you can get a host to watch the kids and manage the party while you and the wife go have lunch in their cozy dining room with fireplaces.

They even have a corporate or large party room you can rent for 120-ish guests and the room has it's own bar, serving tables and seating and many arrangements for food.

I did want to try out the food as well and got a great hamburger (Steakhouse Burger) and tater tots; comparably priced.

My family with all the kids went here for New Years Eve late night session to bring in the new year. We had an absolute blast!! They had balloon drops with great prizes, decorations, and props for pictures. This we be a ritual for us every year now. We had so much fun!

I did not expect this place to be so big but then again they do have an arcade area, full bar & restaurant, bowling & an escape room. My family had lots of fun bowling. Food was edible but seemed like it was all heated in the oven. The hottest thing we got was the French fries the rest was warm. The mozzarella sticks didn't even have any pull to them.
I did have "The Green Monster & my husband had the Agave Nectar Margarita" they were good but the margarita had a little too much ice.

I recently visited Spare Time, and while the experience had its ups and downs, I want to highlight how the management turned things around.

To start, the service was notably slow. It took a long time to get our drinks, and our food arrived much later than expected. It was clear the staff was overwhelmed, and it did impact our overall dining experience.

However, what truly stood out was the professionalism of the manager. After noticing our frustration, they personally came over to check on us, apologized sincerely for the delay, and offered to make things right. They even provided a complimentary dessert and ensured the rest of our meal was handled promptly. Their genuine concern and effort to address the situation left a positive impression.

While the service wasn’t ideal, the manager’s quick response and dedication to customer satisfaction showed they truly care about their guests. I’d be willing to give [Restaurant Name] another chance in the future, hoping for a smoother experience.

Rating: 4/5 – Great management, but the service needs improvement.

We took our kiddos there yesterday to celebrate our youngest birthday. We usually have a great experience, but when we arrived we were told there was an hour wait for bowling. No big deal we took the kids to play in the arcade. Before we left the counter, we asked if we could recharge our arcade card with cash because we only had cash on us, we had forgotten our debit card at home. She explained that we could. The kids played in the arcade, when it was our turn to bowl we went to the counter and went to pay with cash to be told they do not accept cash. It would have been nice to know so we wouldn’t have wasted so much time when in the beginning we asked if they took cash as we forgot our debit card at home. I would also recommend putting up some signs that state you only accept debit/credit cards for those things. Other than that the kids had a great time in the arcade.

We came to eat at the restaurant - the food & service were good! Neat place - plenty of seating for large groups. The whole entertainment center is clean, modern, and inviting. The arcade & bowling looks fun for kids and families or even a date night!
