I highly advise the people to be carful while doing business with this company, The staff is very unprofessional and very spiteful. They really need to do a better job and value their customers when asked for any documents. I am all for supporting a local business but this is one business I will not be supporting.

I was told if I received an additional document that they would amend my return for free. I called the tax preparer the following business day to inform her I was going to receive the document soon and she said it would be an additional $150 and i had to wait until April. If I had known this ahead of time I wouldn’t have used her company. Awful customer service.
