"meh" Experience for a Christmas party.

Came here for company Christmas party. There was quite a bit to do but the service for our drinks was woefully slow. About 45 minutes to get our drinks served. After that it got a bit better. We has a buffet which was well ... you know ... a buffet at a entertainment place. A solid 5 out of 10.
The place is Huge with lots to look at and do. Since our company is mostly singles I think that worked out well however the couples would have much preferred a nice restaurant and conversation over the literal bells and whistles of Stratosphere Social - Now it's "Been there ... Done that!"

The buffalo chicken dip and barbecue chicken quesadilla were both awesome. The nachos and pizza were just OK. Cool place to hang out and let the kids play. Bowling and arcade are both good size. Great drink selection too.

From the moment we walked in the customer service was amazing!! I will give them that customer service is their strong suit. The food was nothing spectacular from what I could eat but not bad. However, my boyfriend noticed a creepy crawler under the table next to us and I didn’t think anything of it until I went to the bathroom. I saw one roach on the ceiling and two roaches in the women’s bathroom. I came back to my table trying to finish my food (still giving it a chance) until I saw a roach on the chair next to me and gagged. Then another one started crawling under our table and I had enough. The very nice lady comped our food as we barely touched it but I felt super bad. Customer service was amazing though and bowling was fun!

We love Stratosphere for everything. Trivia nights. Family bowling. Family gaming. School events. Birthday parties. Dinner and dessert. Whatever!
The wait staff is always good. The food is way better than typical “bar food,” and is clearly thought out well by a chef.
There are always promotions or social events happening here, and there are semi-frequent staff-appreciation events where they close and focus on their team, which is nice to see, and well deserved.
We will continue to routinely visit!

The food is cheap easy reheat food. The food cost twice as much as expected and the portions are half of what you would expect. The servers were great. The atmosphere was loud but not crazy busy like Dave and Busters

We took our son here for his 9th birthday and had a blast! Tuesday is half off bowling, we got a lane right away, the food was great, their flat bread pizzas are delicious and our son said it was the best burger he had in a long time. The arcade is great too with lots to offer and they give you refillable cards for the kids to use. Ax throwing wasn't open, but overall I highly recommend!!

For starters, I love Stratosphere Social. We always have a wonderful time. Paige helped us in the front. She is really kind and supportive. My husband and I came here for axe throwing. We were supported by the lovely Elizabeth. She taught us how to be safe, made us laugh, and made sure we had fun. Of course we will be back! The service, fun times, and positive atmosphere make this place so special.
