Really hard to quantify OPA, and it's absence, in an inanimate object like my head. Let's say that OPA is understood to be the continuation of any vital process, then we would note that some implementations continue to work after being deployed until a fullness of maturity is achieved while other implementations cease even that process upon being deployed.
How, then, are we to reconcile the OPA, which becomes completely inert on deployment, with the kube-graffiti which does not begin to work until after it has been deployed? We simply cannot reconcile such widely divergent indicators and my question is unanswerable.
