We just got a beautiful table today (Brunswick Gibson) from Sure Shot billiards and so far we're loving it! Tanner and Jeff were great on the setup..very professional and thorough and personable. Tanner was also very helpful at the initial meeting when he explained everything about the tables available at the shop. His love for pool shines through his bubbly personality. It was such a nice experience I wish we had another room to get a 2nd table. Haha. I will buy from Sure Shot again if I have an opportunity in the future. I highly recommend this shop for enthusiastic service from a pool nerd (Tanner)!

I can't say enough good things about Sure Shot Billiards. Tanner was so helpful when we were looking for a table. He came out to my home to ensure we had sufficient space, accommodated us with flexible delivery options, and made himself available numerous times for advice after the purchase. Tanner and his staff made our whole experience very easy from start to finish and beyond. And I love the table!

They were extremely helpful! I have a shuffleboard table that I’m looking to get rid of, and had no idea what it may be worth. Every other seller I’ve reached out to decided (I assume) not to make the purchase, and ghosted me, leaving me back where I started. Although they did not decide to go through with the purchase, Sure Shot Billiards went the extra mile in reaching back out to me with information and suggestions moving forward. They are good people, and deserve your business, even though they didn’t end up getting mine

Tanner was personable and great. I’m a single mom that loves to play pool. I was not comfortable going to buy a pool table, but Tanner changed all of that. The room had nothing but a TV and loveseat, but getting the beautiful pool table got the balls rolling and we had a game room within 2 weeks. Tanner helped me pick a felt color and new pockets. I love it 😍.

These guys are amazing! They love what they do and it shows! Tanner and Jeff make a great team, they did a great job in 1.5 hours. We got a beautiful pool table and my Wife got the dinning table she has been wanting. A huge thanks to Tanner for showing us around and helping in our decision! Made a second purchase of a 9 ft pool table. No pressure sales and very knowledgeable.

Presented options for us based on our budget. We were actually leaning towards a more expensive table but we're advised the table we purchased matched our cabinetry better.

Great follow up and follow through after installation and came through on the pool table cover.

We just bought an 8ft Bruinswick, Tanner and team recently completed delivery and installation. After meeting Tanner we stopped looking at other stores. We felt comfortable and confident that we were being treated fairly and with respect. This was the first table I have purchased, Tanner took the time to walk through things to consider and helped us find the perfect table for our space and our needs.
