We trust Swen for all of our copying needs. They do a great job and it is SO nice to have a local printing company to give our business to, right in Sylacauga! Prior to finding them, we were getting our printing done in Opelika and paying MORE for less quality! Love the folks at SWEN!

I’ll start with I work for a company that uses Swen all the time. We was charged 8 times the amount that they have ever charged. It has always been 4.74 for us to have them scan and email 4 papers and he charged 38.88. I called to ask why and Hannah was nice and said she would call me back. When I talked to her she said he said she would transfer me to him and when I spoke to him I asked why and he said I charge whatever I want. So I left a review with our company. He called my boss and harassed him at 5:50 am telling him I need to take it down many many times. I was not rude to him I just simply said we would not be doing business with them anymore and hung the phone up. He then said I made the girl cry when all she did was say let me transfer you. I didn’t even have much conversation with her. Now I am banned from their shop after using them for 14 years all because I questioned why they charges us so much money on an order. My details are spot on. The owner just doesn’t wanna take any responsibility that they have someone running the company that was very rude. I also have the phone call recorded!
