Great product, awful service. When it's time to renew, one thing you're not told is that every year, they will shut your system down until it's convenient for them to give you a code. Meanwhile, a product that you bought and paid for, is useless.
Update: One of the owners did finally call me back and gave me a code after hours. Fair warning, mark it in your calendar to call when the renewal happens or it could cost you customers=money/time.
