My experience with Anthony and TechHub Direct was outstanding! After approx 9 years our old computer decided to quit. Much of our business of 30+ years was built into our computer, and we could not risk any time without it. I found TechHub Direct online and Anthony took great care in getting our new computer set up completely. As soon as the new computer arrived Anthony had us scheduled to transfer our old files, information, personal items, etc. over , as well as setting up updated versions of programs we have used for years. He was quick, and explained all I needed to know about the new programs and the computer itself. The knowledge and professionalism that Anthony provided is definitely top-notch which is something we do not see often enough.

Expertise beyond my expectations, professional & very reasonable prices👏. I had a touchscreen monitor going wonky 🥴 and the blue screen of death😳...all was fixed fast and I got my laptop tuned up and now it's running faster than ever😁. I took in a laptop that needed a fan replaced. Andrew did a great job looking at the computer. Unfortunately, the system is very proprietary and parts aren't available for repair outside of the manufacturer. Andrew did everything he could to get the system running better anyway, and I was happy to pay for his time.

Will be using again for any computer needs.

Purchased a great system from Tech Hub Direct for audio production. It has performed better than expected and has been a consistently solid investment in the few weeks I've had it. The system itself is a better value (bang for your buck) than anything you can pickup at a big brother store like best buy or wal mart. Meet up, labor to swap an upgraded graphics card (from my old system) was fairly priced. Overall 5 star with service, product value, and for me in particular location is near by. Il be back. Anthony went above and beyond in assisting us remotely when our Outlook calendar for deleted. This is how we run our business and he was able to assist us in the middle of the day and recover all the data. He even went above and beyond and gave us multiple options to prevent this happening in the future. Thank you for always taking care of us like family!
