That VR Place -

Had a great experience for birthday party! All had a blast and was impressed how easy set up and seamless to work with.

We have been to That VR place twice now and it has been a blast!! We can’t wait to go back again. The guys are extremely personable and friendly and do an excellent job getting you set up and explaining everything. It is such a good value and so fun that we could play all day long. I highly recommend this for an awesome time with friends and family!

Really enjoyed this VR experience and I'm usually someone who gets nausea or a headache while playing. I didn't experience any symptoms and really enjoyed the games! It was fun for everyone in our group, including me the novice gamer and people super plugged in to vr experiences. There's different cooperative or competitive games to pick from and different levels of difficulty.

My husband and I stumbled upon a That VR Place pop up and had so much fun!!

Played through their VR escape room (the prison breakout), at their temporary location in the Gilruth Center. (Check their website.) It was quite good, and had a couple features that wouldn't be possible in a real-life escape room. (Like each participant seeing different things in the same room.) The owner was very helpful in getting us set up and explaining things (thanks Bud!). If you've tried VR before, you probably know it can be a little finicky at times. But their equipment and staff help made it a relatively smooth experience. Like I got a wider headset frame so I could keep my glasses on. And their "free-roam" equipment (no wires, everyone in a big open room), means you can move around naturally. This can also help a bit for anyone who struggles with motion sickness in VR. If you're a fan of VR or escape rooms, it's definitely worth a look. They even have multiple difficulty levels for more experienced escapers. And it's a somewhat new business, so they would very much appreciate any new customers to help them get established. Or if you're just looking for something new to try out, they were very helpful in walking us through everything. I brought my 60-year-old parents and they enjoyed it too, so no need to worry about a learning curve. Can't wait to see how they expand things once they move into their official location.

This place is awesome. Love the advanced, immersive VR experience and the games are amazing! The staff is super helpful and friendly. I’ve been multiple time and have loved it every time and have brought friends with no VR experience and they are able to easily jump in and have fun.

Tons of fun VR for up to 6 people where they had it set up (we experienced it off-site). VR sets are top of the line and well balanced. Being able to walk around in a fun little tactical scenario together and achieve something as a small team was really exciting. High fives all around.

My coworkers and i love coming to play. The staff are always friendly and encouraging. They make learning/playing VR fun and enjoyable for all skill levels.
