FUN FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY!! A little something for everyone. Met the GM Alex and he took excellent care of us and made us feel like a valued family customer. We also met and got food from Dock17 to-go with Hannah and their manager, Anthony and they were awesome!! We have been here 5 or 6x and every single time we have an amazing experience and the staff here are a HUGE reason for that. Thank you so much!!!

We had a great time The City Forum. We got here a little late in the day and only had a few hours to play the games, but we were able to really earn a lot of tickets and we had a blast. The employees were friendly and were available for assistance when needed. They have good prizes for the tickets too. We need to go back and try the go karts!

I come here quite often with my children and we always have a wonderful time. Even had several birthday parties there. However, tonight was a different experience. The young workers there at the go karts were extremely disrespectful and were witnessed speaking extremely rude to a younger female worker. We spoke with management about it and she did attempt to handle it. The same rude young boy was in the parking lot with some of the other employees picking up trash. We let him know that was the most important job to do, making sure the earth is clean and saying thank you for taking care of that and he started becoming very snarky and raising his voice. I asked him to please stop speaking to us in that manner and told him he was better than that. To which he replied that he couldn’t “hear me” and was laughing at calling me names. I was truly baffled. I hope this teenagers learns to treat customers better. I do think it is a one off ad I hope the establishment does some retraining or better training with their employees on how to speak to not only their other employees but also their paying customers. It was very ugly of him. Other than the interactions with the young man who was rude, we had a great night. If the establishment continues to allow their staff to speak to people like that, I don’t know that we will ever return there again unless it’s remedied.

Had a great time with the kids! We got to stay until 11pm, something to do for everyone. Make sure you're not wearing crocs or sandals if you plan on riding go karts, must be closed shoes.

We had a Blast at The City Forum.

We spent some wonderful time with our Granddaughter.

What a wonderful place; we enjoyed the Arcade; Go Carts; snack; putt putt; bowling alley and the carousel .

Creating memories with our kids is so fantastic.

It was affordable and fun.

We had a couple school groups with us; however there were hardly any wait times.

This place is handicap accessible; and family friendly.

I would recommend anyone looking to have some fun family time to come here.

The staff was friendly and we were entertained.

Darrell's exceptional customer service turned a potentially ruined bowling experience into a positive one. Despite facing three unfortunate lane issues that disrupted our fun, Darrell's accommodating nature and problem-solving skills ensured we were compensated and satisfied. His dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable and truly sets him apart.

This is a great place to have a birthday party for your son or daughter. We have celebrated 2 birthdays here and each time the staff members have led the kids activities flawlessly. The pizza is also pretty good! Both our sons loved the go carts, and of course they love playing the arcade games. We will definitely be back.
