Great gallery filled with great work. It has flat files filled with print work for purchase and an art vending machine and a free art stand so that everyone can afford to leave with a piece of original art. They also do classes and have art studios too. Definitely worth a visit. We’ve never spent so much time in a gallery this size. Impressive and inspiring.

Awesome place in Oakland for artists, makers, and lovers of all things creative. The owners are super nice and friendly, and you can request tours (scheduled) to see all the workshop equipment they have for artist tenants. Private and shared studio space plus a gallery and lots of hidden secrets to discover. If you're in East Bay make sure to pop in for a visit!

This place is incredible. It's tiny yet powerful and the exhibits held my attention for over an hour. They are currently showing some of the finest most edgy examples of 3D printed art I've seen anywhere. The prices seem appropriate to the quality of the art shown. The Gallery director, Matt is fantastic to talk with curated each piece for me, part of the advantage of being a small space. The Studio section of the building is equally fascinating with local artists tucked away in private and shared spaces, making the entire Compound building, internally and externally (architecture is great) a sort of artform in itself.

Love this gallery, they have the most amazing artists on display. The tiny room with tropical bird sounds and art in drawers is great too. Highly recommend- and they teach classes here as well.
