The KR Group has been helping me with IT-related needs for four years now, and the entire KR team has been fantastic to work with! They've helped me with projects ranging from firewall / switch / WiFi AP upgrades, O365 / Azure improvements, endpoint protection upgrades, BDR system implementation, and most-recently an extensive full server and storage/SAN upgrade.

Literally ALL of these projects have been completed with zero hours of unplanned production downtime, which has not been my experience working with other consultants and MSP's. They have also been done well within my budget.

The other thing that sets KR apart, is that they realize that one size doesn't necessarily fit all. They are flexible with budgets, timing, service offerings, and agreements. They understand "real-world" priorities, and come along side your business to help you more-effectively assess your needs, and meet your goals.

Now that I've been a client of theirs for a number of years, I've also had the opportunity to have an "inside look" at KR's business style and culture, and it's just impressive as the work it produces; built on flexibility, integrity, commitment, trust, and long-term success.

First thing you will notice is the people at KR Group are easy to work with. There are lots of IT service companies out there, finding one that listens and works with you is a lot harder to find. KR Group has earned my trust.
