Me and my friend visited Park Playground on the 8th of November and we both enjoyed it a lot. Tom was looking after us and his service was impeccable, he made us comfortable and explained how the VR works and made sure we knew how to use the equipment before we started the game. He also offered us beverages from the bar and allowed us to take our time before we initially started the game and even took videos of us whilst we played so we have memories to look back on. I will definitely be coming back with more friends. Rated it a 5 because it’s a wonderful fun experience to have with friends.

We had such a great time when we visited The Park for a work social event.

The venue was clean and modern with great facilities. The quality of the games and equipment were fantastic and Tom who looked after us, was was so helpful and engaging.

Absolutely amazing experience! Tom was a great and welcoming host and the game was enjoyed by family members from 9 to retired.

Absolutely no technical knowledge needed to get the headsets and controls working, Tom talked the family through everything, even helping out when I dropped my controller halfway through.

Would absolutely recommend this place for a family day out or party.

Really good experience and fun. The best was the host Tom, 5/5, he was on it and super friendly. The experience was good, nice play-style. However, I wish there was more walking around, as it felt really static. Fun mini-games initially, but would prefer a longer "main" experience. Would recommend but unsure if would like to repeat.

Absolutely perfect for gamer birthdays!! Our son had his 8th birthday and even his 4 year old brother could join in for the whole experience.

We went as a party of 4 adults and we loved the whole hour.
The staff, especially Tom were great hosts. Super knowledgeable on the VR and takes good care of everyone playing the games.

This place, the cleanliness the equipment and quality was unreal. Tom the host was incredible and really knew his stuff handsdown best place for vr in England! Can’t stress how accommodating Tom was for the whole group, incredible employee!

The game we played was top class for a group of 9. Our host Shannon was amazing, very friendly and welcoming and explained everything clearly with a great sense of humour!
