My Samsung Flip screen was cracking after 3 years and needed replacing. I called Ben at The Supreme Tech explained the problem and made an appointment to bring the phone in for him to inspect. He was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He was knowledgeable about my phone, gave me a great price and a precise time-line. When I came to pick up my phone it worked great! I had a cracked phone screen and went thru my insurance to get it fixed here. The owner was used to the situation and submitted all forms to expedite the process. Fixing was just 2 hours and it was so easy! Glad I went here - i definitely recommend for cracked screens. The customer service was excellent.

I called to get my iPhone fixed and I was able to drop it off within 15 minutes. They were able to fix my phone in under 45 minutes. I had an issue with a black screen and lines going all down my iPhone 11 in addition to the sound not working, when I picked up my phone, it was if nothing ever happened to it and the sound was absolutely perfect. The customer service was top-tier and I would definitely bring this device and any other devices here again if need be. I really appreciate the transparent pricing and the urgency to fix my device calling me when it was ready and overall just how pleasant the service was. Thanks for fixing my phone.
