When my husband dropped his computer, I was in a bind. I called and left a message for Mark, not expecting a response. To my surprise, he called me back. Despite being on vacation, his responsiveness made me feel valued as a customer. He was very helpful, and I recommend him.

I had what appeared to be a short in my desktop pc. After troubleshooting and unsuccessful attempts to diagnose the issue I called Tech Pros to see if they could do a repair on the weekend and save my work project deadline. While Mark was busy he did take some time to offer some insight on the problms I was facing. A few texts between us and I had a solution I could attempt on my own. Thankfully Mark was exactly right and after a parts swap I was up and running. There aren't many places that offer tech support on the weekend but Tech Pros does and with very responsive knowledgeable staff. I did the work myself, but absolutely appreciate Mark taking time out of his already busy weekend to help guide me to a potential solution.
