Seems like a cool place to hang out and game... I just thought there would be more variety of things to choose from. And honestly, I was in there for at least twenty minutes and can't recall any employee acknowledging my existence.

Would not recommend this card shop. I have made multiple purchases here in an attempt to earn my business back, yet every time I place an order, there is always some sort of issue. The cards listed conditions are inaccurate. Damaged cards selling at Mint and being charged more in store than online order amount. Above all the staff is not very helpful or kind. Please go other shops in area are much nice and more affordable.

Their pricing doesn’t align with TCGplayer or EBay. They offered me 10% of TCG low for a card I brought in because they told me there was a buyout causing inflated prices. I took it because it was a card I had a duplicate of and would just rather have the $3 or $4 they gave me, all this was after their employees insinuated I was the one behind the buyout. This was almost a year ago and the card has been listed between $20-$50 since on their site since.

I was told the card wasn’t worth the listed TCG low value because of a buyout, which is fair enough if true. However, they already had THIS EXACT SAME CARD IN THEIR CASE FOR over $40. I was told the price wasn’t accurate, and was inflated, however they would’ve sold it to me at that “inaccurate and inflated” price in a second.

Moral of the story is they will try to rip you off whether you’re buying or selling, even go as far to accuse you of fraud essentially. They have no care for the community, the hobby, or you as an individual in any way, shape or form. Buy from anywhere else and you WILL pay SIGNIFICANTLY less and most likely not be treated nearly as poorly as they will treat you.

And Rose, don’t respond to this. I don’t feel like being harassed by you or accused of harassment. I know that’s what you like to do as I’ve seen you do it to multiple of my friends who use to be frequent customers.

Amazing and kind customer service. Fantastic selection, more than I thought was going to be here. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Definitely thanks to the staff, Adam was the person who assisted us guy was awesome.

I used to love this store I would come here all of the time and play magic the gathering in local tournaments. The staff used to be friendly and the store had okay prices. However when I went in this last Saturday the store physically smelled and the man behind the register was rude and seemed annoying that I was there. I was ignored at first then when I was helped he was extremely unfriendly. The prices of the most recent released pokemon set were over %200 of msrp, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I used to be a regular here but now and in the future I will be taking my business to other lgs stores that value my time and money. Extremely disappointed from a store that I used to love.

I would not recommend shopping here. You’ll see other reviews of folks mad about selling new sealed product over MSRP with rebuttals of a collectible market being different or that they don’t sell valuable single cards at the price of an unopened pack.

It doesn’t matter. Taking advantage of your customers isn’t cool and I would recommend that people look to order new product online. A snide reply to a valid review shows the kind of leadership maintains this store. You’ll find quite a few of these both on Google and Facebook.
