They are a real estate firm that baits and switches real estate agents by falsely misrepresenting their advertising of commission structures. Andre Allen and Eric Israel lure agents on first instance to join their firm promising them 100% commission on their website and end up switching by keeping 25% of their commission checks at closing. They are fooling with people illegally, violating Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act. They stole over $13,000 from me on my closed deals after they advertised giving me 100% commission, agreeing in writing to pay me 100% of my commission despite me being a provisional broker. They will bait you by agreeing to pay you 100% commission and will switch on you later once your deals are already under contract leaving you no other choice but to close the deal their way.
They continued to pay me 100% commission keeping only $395 per deal as agreed when I initially signed on with them while I was a provisional broker and then suddenly stopped, and began stealing 25% of my commission without my authorization.

So me and my soon to be wife are/ were looking to buy a house and we found what we thought was a nice house on realtor.com. We used our realtor to look at the place and we liked what we saw so we put in a offer for more than the asking price and asked for some closing assistance because we wanted it. Our offer was well within our budget and our bank was in the middle of putting our loan through, so far in fact that we had the appraiser out and he came back with some things that needed attention before he’d put a price on it. 306 N college st. Dallas NC was and is still listed as a two bedroom but it is only legally a one bedroom, the roof needs repair because of a sag and the dish water leaks possibly causing floor rot. This listing agent is not being truthful about the property and anyone’s bank would throw up a red flag. So we tried to work with this listing agent about making repairs so our loan or anyone else’s would qualify for this property and they refused to so we had no choice to but to back out of this offer and lose alittle of our investment money. Now that this 306 N collage st is back on the market the listing agent put in the property description that our finances weren’t in order which is false and now slander in my opinion. They refused to work with us even after offering more than asking, the reason we did not buy the property was because of them and their dishonesty not our finances. So to sum it up, they lied, refused to work with the person giving them money, represented the property in a untruthful manner and then slandered us. We are very disappointed in this listing agent and will not even buy a property from them, we also encourage others to think carefully and learn from our mistakes with this listing agent before trying to buy a house from them. All we did was waste time and money.
