Believe the negative reviews about a messy broker with a bad attitude. We are expanding our brokerage to 3 states this year, CA being one of them. I reached out to them and inquired about their broker sponsorship service. Instead of giving me more info (or requesting info about us) I got a curt “not interested.” Is this the level of support our agents would get? I thought they were selling this service? Yikes.

Georgia agents BEWARE! I called to get more information because their commission structure seemed almost too good to be true. And it surely was too good to be true if respect is a requirement for you. When I called and said that I was calling to get more info, the FIRST words out of the guy's mouth were not, "Hello" or "Sure, I can help you," they were, "We don't do Illinois." Woah! I already know this guy's customer service skills are lacking because an appropriate response would have been, "Well, what state are you licensed?" I still have my number from college and never changed it, so I responded that folks move all the time, and tried to laugh it off. Then I explained if I signed on I wanted to do the mentorship program, because even though I've been licensed for over a year, I'm just now looking to really get into real estate because I took on extra responsibilities at my full time job and now things were just slowing down. He then immediately makes it a point to tell me that my first deal would be 75/25 instead of 90/10, even though that's what the website says. When I brought up what the website states, he says, "well that's why the website says to call for more information." When I tell him it's misleading being that it says, "program for new agents," he then changes his first statement and says, "well it's 2 deals at 75/25, not one." So I asked which one it was, and he proceeds to go back and forth, and even goes up to 3!!! He also aggressively started asking me about and undermining my real estate numbers, which I didn't mind, but I was I interested in the mentorship program. Duh! Which means I don't have experience and wanted to have a MENTOR, hence choosing that program which was 90/10 (or 75/25 according to him). I realized he has no respect and is either being biased towards me, having a bad day, or it could be any myriad of things, but I just proceeded to let him know he was being rude, and hung up the phone. I have a great career and I do this on the side to maximize my income. He needs to try this on someone desperate. Virtual Realty needs to check on whoever takes calls for their Georgia agents, because if they have to go through this guy they'll be out of business in no time. Please don't confuse this place with Virtual Properties, which is a respectable broker.
