I recently enrolled my 6 and 7-year-old daughters in the Minecraft coding summer camp at The Coding School in Folsom, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that Kim and Malou, the owners, are incredibly accommodating and genuinely care about each child's learning experience.

The teachers—Conner, Alex, and Andy—were outstanding. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made learning fun. My daughters came home every day excited to share what they had learned and eager to return the next day. The balance between education and fun was perfect, and it's evident that the staff put a lot of effort into making the camp engaging and enjoyable.

I highly recommend The Coding School's Minecraft coding camp to any parent looking for a fantastic summer activity that combines learning and fun. We will definitely be back next summer and look forward to taking other classes in the future.

Enrolling my second-grade son in Coder School was one of the best decisions we've made. His passion for space and Legos has been channeled into something even more productive—coding! My child said he had the best summer camp ever at TheCoderSchool Folsom. The coaches and the owner covered the basics of Programming with Python in an engaging and fun way. They made the topics understandable making my child motivated and excited about coding.
He did Scratch before but this summer camp sparked his interest in programming and he is looking forward to his regular Programming class at the end of this month.

The place looks new and clean! I didn’t see any speck of dust on any surface which is great for my son’s dust and pollen allergies.

Another plus is they email photos of what the kids did at the end of the day.

My daughter attended theCoderSchool in Folsom, California, for about two years (when my daughter was 12-13 years old). The experience was fantastic. My daughter learned rudimentary principles of Python, Java, and HTML. The school used exceptionally gifted high school students as instructors (teachers), which was great because my daughter could relate well to such instructors (as they were similar in age to my daughter). Further, the instructors acted as role models for my daughter, which was a huge benefit separate from the excellent instruction.

The owner has a "can-do" personality and, furthermore, was very accommodating in relation to billing and scheduling make-up classes. What more could you want?
