This place is amazing. I had a really difficult situation involving adding an embroidered logo to an accessory case. Every other person I had gone to told me it couldn't be done (due to the backing being too thick, too many colors in our logo, etc). Eventually, I came upon TI Embroidery - Jim worked with me for about 4 hours across two sessions trialing out some different ideas (different hoop size, different logo location, etc) and even did 2 different trial sews for me *on two completely different days* . This is a pretty time consuming thing in and of itself as our logo had 12 colors (so he had to load his machine with all 12 colors each time he wanted to test things out!)

Throughout the whole time, he was excited about the challenge, patient in explaining any issues to me, and made me feel like I was truly part of the process. And all this for only ~10 bags!
My only regret is I didn't have more stuff for him to embroider!

10/10 - highly recommended and I will definitely be coming back to him in the future.

Jimbo explained the embroidery process in a way that was helpful and showed just how experienced he is! He was so friendly and communicative in the process of getting some shirts embroidered with our company logo. The turnaround time was also way better than any online option, and you can tell he takes great pride in what he does and ensures the quality of each piece is to his high standard.
