So my spouse and I purchased tickets to coastal country jam which is a two day event. We purchased a Sunday single day ticket, we double/triple checked before clicking to purchase the tickets. The email confirmation came back as Saturday single day confirmation. My spouse and I were in shock/stressed out because we know for a fact we put for Sunday. Long story short we purchased tickets around 6pm Friday we received the confirmation and it was for the wrong day. We emailed and called right after, but of course it was late already. The very next day they responded in the morning and were able to fix it. We are so satisfied with the service we received, quick response and understanding. ☺️

I don't believe customer service even exists at this company. You can't call them because you'll just go straight to an automatic voice-mail machine telling you to leave a message or email. No matter which of the two you do don't expect to get a response. No matter how many days in a row you attempt. Worst ticket purchasing experience ever. If you attend an event with tickets being sold by this company, tread carefully.

Purchased a ticket for an event and had a problem. Called and emailed Ticket Sauce every day for 2 weeks to no avail. Not once have they called or emailed me back. Looks like I am out $70.
