Uber, a great example of a company trying to do too much, not doing a good job at anything and charging an astronomical rate. You should have stayed in your lane and just tried to do taxi services. Now a 15 minute drive is $80. It makes sense this business is located in Seattle the most out of touch city we have in America. And I'm coming from Portland lol

I used after a long time. I had some great rides & drivers. But 2 recent rides in Toronto were not that great. One driver, even though he had his GPS / maps on, he didn't know where he was going & was also driving rough to the point it made me nauseous & nervous being in that car. Another ride (not ordered on my account), we ordered a "comfort ride" which means more $$, the car was big, but was not clean & wreaked of cigarette smoke, it made us sick from the second hand smoke since we were stuck in that car for 1.5 hours during rush hour. I thought that it was illegal for drivers to smoke in their cars if they are transpoting passengers or were using their cars as Ubers?!? For our safety we didn't report the driver because he knew where we lived. Uber you need to update or offer a feature in your app so that riders can choose a non-smoking car & driver.

Uber, please strictly train the South Asian delivery drivers and Uber drivers! Almost every time I receive food from an Uber Eats delivery by South Asian drivers, it is incorrect or missing items. The service is very unprofessional! Many South Asian drivers even refuse to communicate; they do not understand or speak English. I live in Toronto! I've had enough! In my recent orders, I ordered 2 pounds of bananas but received only two bananas. I ordered a pizza and chicken wing combo, but there were no chicken wings! I ordered six bottles of regular Coke in two orders and received two mini Cokes instead.

I love using Uber Eats, when the promos actually work. You continually email me promotions (40 or 30% off) via email. Sometimes they load, sometimes they don’t. I’ve had a lot of back and forth with your support chat with no resolution. I suggest you review your workflows and processes, as they not very smooth. Thanks.

This companies driver support is worthless. They are only equipped to handle limited issues. If your issue is with Uber and Uber is in the wrong, They will hang up on you. Uber is the agent. The independent contractor is the principal. Agents dont dictate to the principle. Principle dictates to the agent. Uber has hidden behind a shroud of legal armor that is no longer going to work as Uber has done this to avoid being sued for their intentional actions. Uber can also be affected by a mass arbitration. If 1,000,000 drivers united to file notices of arbitration against the company, they would have serious problems. Uber must by law serve the principles intrest and not their own. They can't do this. Ubers life blood are their driver's. The very entity they mistreat is their core financial contributor. Remove the core you criple Uber. Uber as a payment processor has a duty to their vendors, which they are not fulfilling. Uber owns their own captive insurance company selling insurance insurance to companies that sell sell auto and workmans comp insurance . Uber is an insurance company, and they do sell insurance . The bottom line is that Uber is not an honest, transparent company. Uber has several conflicts of interest, some even being criminal. They screw their drivers, and they screw riders by doubling the rate the driver is paid, which is the absolute minimum they are required to pay by law. Uber takes advantage of both driver and rider. Using both of them for their own gain. Uber has no skin in the game. Uber is a parasite that forces a symbiotic relationship. We found 8 issues with he companies policies, behavior, drivers contracts, and Ubers money handling policies that raise issues of law with 2 of them presenting possible potential for criminal prossocution. Uber is aware of the monster they have created and the fact that they are liable and that crippling legal consequences could hit the company at any time. In the meantime, Uber frantically lobbies for the implementation of laws that will provide protection from their current legal exposure. I would discourage anyone from getting involved with this company. By using this company, you are supporting price gouging, wage theft, conflicts of interest, criminal acts and a company that does not play by the rules. Uber takes advantage of the rider, then the driver keeping 50% of the money for connecting the rider and driver via software. Uber has no skin in the game. Yet they take 50% of all of the drivers' income. It's not if it's when Uber will be stopped. Ubers armor is about to come down, and when it does, class action law suites will be filed everywhere. Uber themselves have admitted that their own stock is vulnerable due to these realities. Uber keeps the focus off of the real issues by creating their own media issues to direct attention away from their true concerns. Once the arbitration clause is pierced thats it. Uber will be crucified for their behavior in front of jury's . Let your moral integrity be your guide as the product choices you make support the companies behind them. If the companies are crooked then you too are getting screwed and supporting crooked companies and what does that say about you?

This company treats their drivers like we should be grateful for the privilege of delivering food. Their support staff actively and intentionally causes issues for drivers. Base pay is typically $2 per order. So for $2 I'm supposed to get in my car, drive to MacDonald's, wait for the kid behind the counter to finish packing it, drive it to the customer and do it with a smile. And if I'm lucky, the kid behind the counter didn't forget anything because everything is usually stapled or stickered shut and we're not allowed to open it. They have these stats that are dependent on ratings by customers, and only like 10 percent of the customers rate their drivers, so it's easy for them to manipulate the stats with 1 order. They for a long time weren't reimbursing us for the bridge toll properly, and they don't reimburse you for ferry rides. Uber also actively deletes evidence of support staf for creating hostile work environments, and neglects drivers when we bring up issues with support.

I would give this 0 stars if I can, Uber got the worst customer service in the entire world. Do better, don’t hang up on drivers like myself and they now even don’t give compensation to anyone even if I wasted my time and gas to the store that I was supposed to go.

Uber EATS has let me down numerous times... providing me with rotten food that makes you sick, doesn't refund you and robs you of your money. They double charge your cars for the same order if something is modified instead of charging you the difference. Or refunding you correctly on multiple occasions.. be careful with this company and check your bank statements... seems they do little tricks to use your money for themselves and cll it a mistake. Clearly also as the photos show . Rotten food delivery in an unsatisfying way, clearly also not food safe. be careful. No refunds for me even with it being reported right away with photos.
