Im even going to spend my time to write a review as I'm a completely unsatisfied new customer. My friend suggested Crew Motorfest to me, had high expectations, I live in Hawaii and am a big car guy, but the game is unrealistic, feels like its made for little kids, a bad cash grab, and most of all your ubisoft interfaces for the launcher and in-game is complete trash; full of bugs. Im not paying for a launcher or game that cant even work properly much less play a game. I downloaded the full access version and paid for the subscription, to have a disappointing experience to only get kicked out saying I dont have the full version. Nothing on your launcher works. I can see why Ubisoft is failing and it can only be saved if whoever in charge actually puts some real games in charge. It feels like its ran by old investors that are out of touch with reality. Only good thing I can say is the physics in the game felt good.

Dealing with Ubisoft support is like working in a feedback loop. Nothing gets done. Seems like robots or AI. Because of that, positive resolutions seem unlikely, even with easy issues. If I didn't enjoy the game I'd provide a lower score.

Ever since they went "woke" everything they make is trash... wouldn't spend another dime with them even if it was the only option left. Deleted and threw away everything ever made by them after they tried pushing woke agenda on their own customers

Company really doesn't make good games or listen to what gamers want anymore. They instead hire stupid companies like Sweet Baby Inc out of "fear" and don't realize they're gonna ruin their game. Out some effort in like you did 20 years ago.

Horrible company that doesn't resolve any in-game problems and pawns off problems to 2-12 other people which are just as useless as the prior one. Problems have persisted for months because they intentionally "requeue" and refuse to refund the waste of money subscription.

I have found this company to be a totality of disaster. They price gouge their customers, do not focus on the quality of their product, and when consumer’s complain they respond antagonistically, and refuse to adjust or change. This company is the epitome of the toxic, corporate greed that is ruining the gaming community.

Ubisoft connect is terrible, if you release your game on Steam just allow us to use Steam.
