Very bad experience. We stayed at their property for an year. Privacy term does not exist when you are staying with them. In the whole year, we never got a pre notice that someone has to visit the property. They just came in whenever desired and even entered the rooms multiple times. There was a time my partner was out from the shower and was changing in the room and Mr. Soumil barged in the room without even knocking. We were saved as he was standing at the door and resisted. We spared him that time out of humanity. But the same people at the time when I had to leave the property, charged £120 from my deposit for "deep cleaning" even when i had scrubbed the room throughout while leaving the property. I even made the video of the clean room when i left. Still they say your video wasn't detailed. How detailed cleaning do you expect from a tenant? There was even mold growing on the walls of the property. The lights were leaking water like a tap. No compensations made for that harassment, then why this little deduction. On the top of everything they never take any calls. I wish I had read their reviews earlier.

I had a great experience during my tenancy. The property management team was always responsive, friendly, and professional, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. We were stayed almost one and half year , if i start from scratch this guy looting people by asking 350 pound as agent fee while actually he is the owner of the property. When we ask about a problem he always behaves like he is favouring us while it is his duty to solve problem of his tenants . And he is always breaks tenants privacy entering into the property anytime and the most annoying thing after we shift to the property one month later he dig a big area to extend the Kitchen but it never happened. It left like that over a year unattended and we experienced so many flies and stinky smell of the dirty water for more than a year and i heard that this problem hasn't solved yet. And he will ask for the parking charge while we had our own drive way.

Scam Artists! I gave them the room in the same condition i got, still they deducted £120 from my deposit. Rude staff, krusha raval is so rude while communicating with emails. She talks like an uneducated child. Mind your deposit!

Thank you Soumil for assisting us in finding a room within our budget and accommodating our request for a minimum 3-month tenancy in a lovely shared house. The plus point of this property was the excellent amenities it had to offer, like a spacious kitchen with storage, a large bathroom, 24/7 hot water, high-speed WiFi, and personal refrigerators. However, there is one area for improvement: it would be beneficial if you and your agency could monitor and ensure that tenants adhere to the cleaning schedule and maintain the overall cleanliness and beauty of the property.

I have rented their property from Jan to July, in these six months they had given me such bad experience which made not to rent a property from them, The landlord on the property used to visit in the middle of night, and agency didn't had any idea of visiting, and when they asked us to move out of the property, they made us to chase them for month to get advance amount, and given lame reasons to not give the money, still chasing for the money, please do not rent any property from these people. Rude, extremely poor service and very unprofessional agency. I am a victim of hate crime. My landlord has sent discriminating, harassment, bullying, and threatening messages to my phone. Including threatening messages to evict me without reason I provided evidence of all the above to the agent and asked for their complaints procedures To date, I have been ignored. They will not deal with repairs either. The agency will provide an agreement with illegal terms and conditions. This agency and the landlord do not understand the law and tenants rights. I suggest you check your agreement and your rights before signing any agreement with this agency. I would not give one star, but there isn't an option to give zero stars. This agency/landlord provides rentals/HMOs that are extremely overpriced according to the local housing market rates. Be sure to negotiate a fair and honest rent or look elsewhere. Contact the Housing Ombudsman if you need help.
