I absolutely love the service I received from Unified Manufacturing. I ran across this place on internet and took my chances with them since I didn't know anything about their services. I am so so glad about my decision. This place is amazing. Their expert team of employees really care about what they do and are willing to help out in anyway they can to get your work done. I had a rush order for a Christmas cd. Carl assisted me with the art work and Justin set up the audio while James mediated the whole process. The end result was beautiful. I will definitely used their services again and highly recommend them.

On March 29, 2022 I paid Unified $3064 to produce 500 vinyl records of my bands album. Unified never delivered the records. This was my first time ordering vinyl from any company. On their website they state it takes 24-26 to deliver.
It’s been 18 month and the owners last email to me claimed it was all my fault that he could not give a delivery date. I asked for my money back and received no response regarding a delivery date of the product or a refund.
I have never had a company so unhelpful and unclear on manufacturing a product. And then to refuse to deliver the product at all.
I know the owner will respond to this review. I am interested in how he will justify taking my money and delivering nothing.

Ordered a few blurays, posters, and merch for our indie film. I love how they turned out and I especially love how the team's so friendly and accomodating. It's our first time to order and they're so patient explaining everything to us. Really cool people to work with!

I've been having records pressed for 15 years and this is the worst company I've experienced. I ordered 500 records and 100 copies showed up with very damaged jackets and 150 copies never even arrived. So I ended up with 250 copies worth selling. They didn't get insurance from the shipping company and they packed them horribly in the boxes so they were sliding around in the boxes. They offered me a 15% discount on "future" orders and $145. I'll obviously never use them again and highly suggest to anyone reading this to not use this company.

I was extremely happy with my order. I use to do my projects with Easy Disc but switched to Unified Manufacturing because they were more flexible with working with me. I do plan on doing another run shortly. I highly recommend using these guys. The staff were very friendly as well.

Incredible service and great rates! I was looking for a new duplicating service for my Daffy Dave CDs and wasn't sure at first, but after a great live chat with CEO James Hill I was willing to take a shot and boy, am I glad I did. I got great rates and quick service every time and now I do all my CD titles through them. They are fast, professional and reasonable. I highly recommend Unified Manufacturing! I'm also very inspired by their ideas of other marketing tools to use for my entertainment business and look forward to growing with them as I grow too! Thanks guys! You rock!
