I stopped in to check out some digital cameras today but upon entering I was completely ignored after greeting two women employees as if I was not welcome to spend my money at their store.
After I was pointed in the direction of the cameras the employee wasn't interested in helping me out at all. She seemed more interested in another conversations than helping me out. I was about to make a purchase but couldn't take a picture of the camera because of some new store policy. I was a frequent shopper at this place but never again.

The crew that they had today was very unfriendly and treated me like trash. Im not sure what happened recently but I guess I looked like the type of person that they dislike in there store, If you can read between the lines. Skip this place if you can. There are better pawnshops in the area.

Been here a few times, its a pawn shop which is, as we all know they buy super cheap, sell higher than should. Ive bought 1 or 2 electronic items over the years, they worked enough.. , but recently we went there, and im not sure what happened to the lady in there, if she had a confrontation with someone or what, but she was very rude, and disrespectful to us, just nasty. Ive worked in public service a long time, and you cant take your personal issues out on the customer, its immature and very unprofessional, I hope she learns how to treat customers rather than snap at them

If we could give less than one star, we definitely would the lady the owner‘s wife is so ignorant. I have a hard time understanding why they are even in this business whatever you take in there to try to sell, they will lowball you no matter what it is. They act like your money is not good. When all we wanted to do was purchase some jewelry will not ever return and will tell family and friends about our experience. If you’re that upset or don’t wanna come to work just stay home. There’s no reason to have an attitude and be as nasty and rude as you are Sincerely, a fed up customer

Came in today to potentially look to trade or sell a ring to upgrade to another ring wasted my time offered me $57 wouldn’t tell me gold weight or how much the ring weighed I’ve shopped here several times and bought a lot of things from this place. They definitely just lost a loyal customer today. I believe it’s the Owner’s wife the older blonde lady very rude. It’s not how you treat customers

Bought a ps5 from there and payed $400. Took it home hooked it up and downloaded the game I mainly play.. Soon as I loaded in the game screen starts flashing and got lines flashing. Come to find out the system had a bad cpu and the owners said they tested it before they put the ps5 on the shelf. I call BS because if they “ tested “ the system like they said they did, they would have noticed the same exact issue I was having. I ended up taking it to IColor to see if it’s even repairable and was told I’d be better off buying a new system. I contacted the owners and told them it has a bad CPU and was told they won’t be taking it back.. I’ll never do business with this place again.

The store is organized nicely. The woman who waited on me was very rude. Not knowledgeable in jewelry or manners. Her appearance should be a concern of the owners. They dont need fancy or expensive clothing, but certainly should be correct size and not worn out .

I’m honestly appalled by this pawn shop & its service, I brought a PS5 to them worth $400 with an extra controller & a HDMI cord as well as the cord for the ps5 so basically everything but the box. They offered me $80!!!!!!😂😂😂 I mean.. are they high?! This place is sketchy, it’s off the high way, there workers look like ex-heroin addicts & are rude, very rude. I also first thought it was really weird how the lady asked me where I’m from in an odd tone & facial manner like it’s a sundown town. I’m honestly praying for the downfall of this place, PLEASE don’t go here. Instead shoutout to my Dawgs at We Buy Everything Up In Newark DE. Very personable people, & they won’t rip you off. They gave me a good deal.
