Urban Air Adventure Park is an amazing place packed with endless activities for kids! From trampolines and zip lines to climbing walls, VR experiences, air tubes for flying, obstacle courses, foam pits, and even jousting battles on logs—this park has everything you can imagine.

What truly stands out is how clean and well-maintained everything is. Unlike many similar venues, the equipment here is spotless, and the whole space feels fresh and inviting. Despite all the fun attractions, it’s not overcrowded, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy without long waits.

It’s the perfect spot for kids to spend an entire day having fun. Highly recommended for families looking for an exciting and well-organized adventure park!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience using Urban Air as the vendor for my daughters birthday party! We’ve held previous birthdays at similar kids attractions, but nothing compared. The staff were so helpful and made the whole day a million teams easier. Special shout out to Sadra for being so great with the kids and helping to prepare the room, serving food and cake, and doing the majority of the clean up! Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a party location 🙂

The staff is always so kind, Emily is amazing! I always feel comfortable relaxing and reading a book because they have tons of employees making sure the kids are being safe and kind! The membership saves you a lot of money as well. We live at urban air! 10/10 recommend

Urban Air is great! It's super clean, and the staff is friendly. Staff is very welcoming with the guests and always manage to have a smile on their faces. Special shout-out to Liz—she's amazing with the kids, always chatting with them and asking about their day. Definitely recommend!

Just want to share how helpful the GM Rylan was. I had an issue with my membership and Rylan was so much more HELPFUL and PLEASANT than the corporate office agent I spoke with. He could have easily blown me off, but he was professional and took care of the issue quickly.

As for the actual location and experience, my kids LOVE it. They especially love the rock climbing walls and ninja ropes course area. My 8 year old is so ready to be tall enough to do the zip line type activity that we see the big kids doing. This location is always super clean and full of kids having a blast!

This place is absolutely amazing for birthday parties and also for every day play! It is not my kid so much about confidence and about playing with others nicely in an open play environment! The staff here is incredible and the place is kept very clean! Amy, the general manager is super helpful and is always there, ensuring that her stash provides top-notch customer service to anyone that walks in the door. We’ve had numerous birthday parties here and are also members and love coming to this location of Urban Air!

We had a birthday party over the weekend (so pretty busy) and had a great experience. Michael our party host was amazing, so attentive and great with the children! The room was ready when we got there and the food was ready on time. My daughters had a wonderful time!

Not bas for a playground, but limited options for younger kids, the zip line, and the climbing wall are not accessible for toddlers. Staff are not attentive, and restaurant waiters are not so friendly.
The vr station takes a lot of time to charge.
Clean and safe place. Food options are limited.
