Hours of operation clearly state they close at 10:00pm. We arrived at the port of entry before 9:55pm and they were already closed. Workers were leaving parking lot, called to inquire about it to only be told by supervisor that Douglas was open. Never had a bad experience until today, how disappointing!

lol I think its funny how I can review U.S Customs and Border Patrol as if they or someone actually cared xD. Anyways all politics aside, I'm undocumented and thought it would be funny to risk it all and go to the billion dollar tax payer Wall and snap a picture so here it is.

Professional and expedient. Called the # and someone someone picked up asap. Asked a question re: returning to US documentation. Received a polite answer. Asked same question to agent before before we entered Mexico. Received a professional answer. Agent at gate when entering US was friendly as well.

This way overdue, but here is my review:
Several years ago, I and several other folks from a colligate non-denominal Christian organization traversed this great state to do charitable work at an orphanage in Naco, Sonora.

Upon getting to the PoE a gray-haired senior agent was less than professional in his dealing with me, due to the fact I provided acceptable though different forms of ID than my peers. I also believe that he may still be at this PoE. Once across, the Mexican officials were friendly and professional and my experience with rentry in to the United States of America via the Naco, AZ Port of Entry. was also better.

It was just as easy crossing here as it would be buying a scratch off.
