US Digital Media is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a large quantity of of UBS from this company. When I received the order it looked like the company had just threw all 500 usb and chains in a box, shook it up and shipped it out.

After speaking to the customer service representative several times, and multiple promises of return calls which were never received, I was told I would receive no refund for the messed up USB. You could not even read my logo because it was so scratched out.

I would highly recommend using ANY other service besides US Digital Media. See the photos below!

We order like clockwork every 3 weeks the same product and order .

Out of the the last 10 orders they entirely messed up 4 orders, ( wrong product )
The last order before we blew out top came in a plain cardboard box, and they forgot to put the labels on the different DVD an CD roms, which was unacceptable.

Both us digital media and cdromtogo our the same company and have the same address but Cdromtogo is not listed under the BB .

They are also very tricky into gettting you to think they are huge by stating on the website that they have other locations in other cities, when in fact they do not.

LONE CACTUS, AZ is the only place they have and the REST IS a FRAUD.

The fact that we put in rather big size order and do it every 3 weeks and are treated like garbage is wrong, It would only take a minute to check our order to see if everything is correct , as of now they dont even bother putting in a packing slip.

One of the items I ordered was backordered then when the three hundred cds arrived, every single package was ripped and cds were spilling into the box so I have no way of knowing if they're scratched or will work in their entirety without listening to each one.
