It is so satisfying to play mahjong on this automatic MJTable! Just watching the tiles magically appear in perfect order with the press of a buttonb is a recreational activity in itself.

I think what makes this brand (USA MJ Table) so a outstanding is the excellent customer service. Ricky has been very attentive, efficient, and helpful. He responds right away to any communication and he knows the product in and out. I am confident that Ricky will help us keep our table running and well maintained for a long time.

My only suggestion is to organize the tutorial videos which are vital in setting up the table because their is no manual to refer to.

We enjoy the MJ table when it doesn’t have any problems but the same problems started only after a dozen times of playing: A tile is stuck in the same spot! We had to disassemble the top to get to the spot to manually put the tile in place. Another constant problem is you hear a loud clicking noise during assembly, when it comes out to the table, it’s missing a tile, same missing spot every time and it’s the same spot as where it stuck. As far as customer service, I first reported the problem to Rick, he told me to send him a video when this happens again, there was no mention of causing our inconvenience of any kind nor offer any solutions to prevent it from happening again. Same problem happened again and I sent pictures and video to him, it’s been two days, I heard no response. Who said they have good customer service?

If you like mah jongg, you will love these tables. Play many more games in an hour with the auto shuffle and racking. The tiles come in multiple sizes and have clear engraving and high-quality feel.

More importantly, we stopped in and the staff spent so much time with us. They were very generous with their time, and shared their excitement about future products. We left even more excited about the tables, and so grateful.

Had a great experience with USAMJTABLE from beginning to end. Ricky was friendly and patiently answered a few questions before hand on the phone and In person, as I stopped by their showroom in Ontario to look at models before buying. The show room was great to help make the Right choice, from understanding tile size, table styles, and table color to matching a room. They really have great service & support: I changed tile size table last minute, which they accommodated no problem and as support, after I had assembled at home (videos and pictures on website were straight forward & easy to follow), Ricky had also made some personalized videos to demonstrate exactly what I needed to do to make an adjustment. We really love the thin black walnut Tryho table with cover we got— looks great as a table, matches other furniture & complements the room, AND supports multiple mahjong game types such as American and Chinese. Can’t go wrong going with USAMJTables.com— Great service & support!

Found this place in Ontario, CA to buy automatic mahjong table for my parents. They have great selections there and prices are decent too! I got the four leg automatic table which Is perfect with the slim thin look and it’s sturdy. FYI- very heavy to move around but Everyone love our new mahjong table as the table shuffles in no time. So more games for the family to play. Versatile and can easily be converted into a mahjong table, study table, or even dining table. It came with two magnetic tiles (blue and green), table cover which they didn’t have mine in stock yet but will delivery once receive, and they gave me chips as a bonus!!! Overall great service and the showroom is nice and clean!!
