It’s been almost a month since I made my order. I got nothing. They took my money. There is absolutely zero way to get a hold of them since their phone number doesn’t work. I have yet to be emailed and their online chat service doesn’t work so I have no way to get my money back and have zero communication on my order. Do not use this business.

Either the transaction security is terrible or someone working at US Craft is stealing banking information.
Because not even a day after my purchase on here my banking information was stolen and I had unauthorized transactions on my bank account. I use a secured browser and I'm on a private network so I know it's not on my end. I did receive the product 3 days either than expected and the quality was good. But it was not worth my account info being stolen. I did see another review saying the same thing about banking information being stolen. I'd recommend not buying anything from this company to save yourselves a headache.

I Searched & searched for a reputable company with good prices and honest delivery dates. A lot of sites that appeared to be good were manufactured in China and everyone gave the worst reviews of the promised printing and turnaround time. I needed silicon wristbands quickly for an important youth event and I didn’t wanna pay an astronomical amount of money either. USCraft was the only site where I was able to chat with a live person. .***JENNIFER is probably the best customer service rep I have ever encountered in online shopping. I explained my situation and she was able to stay on the chat with me while I placed my order , sent my proof immediately , even fixed my email mishap, & approved my order right then & there to ensure I get my order on time. I even lost her a couple of times with my poor cell phone connection and when I reconnected , she was still there and continued to help me along the way. She turned a very stressful and pressed situation into relief and happiness. I def will do future business with this company and refer friends, family and colleagues. THANK YOU !!! Honest & quality company!

Used this USCraft twice. Both times I had my credit card numbers fraudulently used after. When I emailed them regarding this they just told me it was impossible that it happened on there end and how great there payment security is. Oddly enough, now that I'm not ordering from them I'm not having any issues.

By there response you can see they are still pointing the responsibility onto me. I used 2 different devices, 2 different cards, from 2 different financial institutions. The only common part is your website and whatever financial institution you use. Looking at the BBB website I'm not the only person to have this issue. I suggest you take better steps to protect your customers credit card information. BTW The bracelets were great.

Ordering was easy and everything is very affordable. Artwork was approved quickly, bracelets were made within a few days and when I thought I wouldn’t get my stuff in time for my cousin funeral, not only did they call me by phone to ensure I got quick delivery, they even sent it express mail and I got them just in time! Will order again in the future. I am very pleased with how they handled my order and gave priority when I needed it. Thank you again USCraft.

The bracelets I ordered from this company turned out amazing! I had ordered some thru another company and had nothing but bad luck. So thankful that I found US Craft! Definitely saved my fundraiser! Quality of the product is outstanding and ordering was a breeze. Really liked that they send a mock up so you can verify what you want!

An awful shopping experience. I ordered with expedited production I needed it in 2-3 days. On day 2 I checked in and asked them if they were open on Saturdays, they said that Americans don't work on Saturdays. Yeah tell that to all the Americans who do work Saturdays. I told them I had an order in and should I expect my order ready on Monday. We go round in circles about order numbers. It's not like that this is their stated policy but they needed an order number to just to provide me with information. So they have the order number and they tell me that my order will be ready on Tuesday. I explain to them that 4 days is not 2 or 3 days and if they insist on a Tuesday pickup then I expect to be refunded for my expedited shipping cost. We go round and round again until they say that my order will be ready Monday afternoon. Now I'm fifteen minutes in just to get them to abide by their own terms and I know what Monday afternoon means. It means st the very last moment they tell me Tuesday. So I tell them good I'll be by Monday at 12pm to pick up my order. We go round and round again until they decide to cancel my order. What a waste of time. They were completely unprofessional. If they expect me to abide by their terms, they should abide by their terms as well. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
