I looked up the Realtors that was presented by my banker on google and saw that Valerie had a 5 star ratings. I know it’s not easy for any company to maintain a 5star ratings so I expect her to be good but I was still very sceptical. I was cooking dinner the evening when Valerie contact my wife, so I was listening in at first, and I was very impressed with the way she articulated herself and how professional she was but I still wasn’t convinced. When we spoke, we both agreed on how important “being straight forward, and transparent is” and I must say I was not disappointed. Valerie was always on time with meet ups (drove a great distant every time), very humble, gave her opinion only when asked (very respectful), Sensational listener, Excellent Communicator (stayed in contact with the banker), sent listing every day (we was the first one to view the house we bought) and all her actions lined up directly to her words (no stones left unturned). I thought buying a house would be a bit stressful but Valerie broke it down in a very simple process. She even introduced my wife and I to a very great house inspector. She was very informative and professional. Now I understand why Valerie have and maintained a 5star review.
