Another absolute waste of time at the Verizon store. I had the misfortune of Juliana "assisting" me today, though it's generous to say that. She was rude, unprofessional, and even a tad bit of an imbecile. I'm not sure if she was not grasping my questions by choice or if she was purposely being difficult. Not only did she not listen, interrupt multiple times, and agree with me because she was intent on repeating the same thing over and over like a broken record (opposite of helpful) she refused to answer my questions legitimately and refused to assist in any way instead choosing to say have customer service help. Maybe I'll at least get some help with them. It seems rare that anyone at this store know what their talking about anymore, and thanks to Juliana; this 7-year loyal customer is considering dropping Verizon completely.
