If I could I would rate them a -5. Linda Gray was the project manager handling my account. She first ignored my request to not add any additional features to my order. Then she charged my card for an additional $300 without my approval. She told me that she would refund me and that it would take 15-20 days. It has been 2 months and nothing. I disputed charge with my bank and she sent forged documents saying I was in agreement with the additional charges. I have been forced to handle the matter in court due to their neglect to respond. Her manager Robert Jackson called me and requested proof of the emails because he wasn’t aware of the lies told to him by Linda Gray. I sent them to him and he told me he would review everything and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago.

Save yourself the trouble, the headache and the financial loss. This company is not dependable. Linda Gray should be fired for her lack of honesty and customer service.

This was the worst experience I've had working with any team. They didn't listen to any directions I gave. They even got my company's name wrong in the video! There was no quality control. I had to ask over and over and over and over to fix their edits. They would ignore my requests, send the video back without the requested edits. This happened 10x before I said I didn't want to work with them anymore. 10 times. Then I asked for a refund on the website build that they were going to do, but never started (b/c I didn't want them touching my site after the horrible exp with the video). They said they'd refund me, but never did. I would never work with them again and hope no one has to go through what I did. It was absolutely awful.

Fraud company who steals money from your account. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION!!! Linda Gray pretends to be an account representative but she’s complete FRAUD.

They forged information on my company behalf to steal money out of my business account. We’re in the process of taking them to court.

Video Profs animators are very professional I must say. They have shared a number of ideas for my business around my concept and then created very good 2D animated video. Budget friendly and good customer service. Totally recommended.

Its a SCAM WE NEVER RECEIVED THE VIDEO AND THEY CHARGED US - All the others reviews are fakes - Also they stole the portfolio nothing belong to them - A HUGE SCAM I DONT RECOMMEND
