Mike was so patient and showed amazing customer service.
Our 25 tapes were copied, organized and one was recovered where another place said it was unrecoverable. All done so fast and in time for a gathering we were having. Thank you Mike!

Mike was so helpful throughout the entire process. I had vhs and smaller tapes, with some of them not even knowing what was on them. I was able to take my time and review it all, make my notes and edits and then received the final project within a day of those edits!!! Excellent customer service! I am thankful Mike's company was local!!!

Mike was great he had someone picked up my vcr tapes from work, and within 3 working days they delivered my flash drive to me with all the videos on them. So fun to go down memory lane. 😞

I chose Videoland because I trusted them due to their longevity in our community. The customer service is really customer service. Even though their physical location is nonexistent due to COVID, it didn't affect the standard of service at all. Mike and his staff have seemed to find the balance between family and work, which I will always support! I had slides put onto a thumb drive and some negatives made into prints. The turnaround time was less than 3 days. Will be taking more family videos to them. Highly recommended!

Mike was great to work with! I had an old VHS tape that had been damaged and it has sat around in its case since 1999. The video tape had many treasured memories of our children when they were small and my late husband. Mike did an excellent job at repairing the damage and getting it transferred to USB, he was very accommodating, quick and prompt and a pleasure to work with. I am extremely happy with his work, and I highly recommend Videoland Productions, I can't express enough how thankful I am to be able to view and share this with my kids who now are adults, it's so very meaningful to all of us! There are plenty of options available both far and wide, but I chose Videoland because of their quality and history. I prefer to support my local businesses, and these folks have been around for over 40 years. Their quality showed in the good capture of my old 8mm films. Grateful that they were able to transpose the video from my past, over 40 years ago, to digital. The images were as good as expected and then some. Their quality also shows in the handling of this experience. Mike was extremely personable, accomodating, and consistent in keeping me in the loop. Thanks for the memories.

I have been a customer of Videoland since I was in high school and they were renting VHS movies. Since that time, I have used their services several times to convert videos onto more updated formats. The timeliness, local customer service, and wide variety of options you have to choose from are why I won’t trust my video memories to anyone else. This is truly an amazing small, local business that is very reliable and reasonable. There’s a reason they have been with us for so many decades. Such good people!
