Jerry is incredible at his job and is professional and efficient in helping us with all of our IT needs. We have been using VirTech as our Managed IT Provider for 7 years now. We found that having a company which can offer solutions to our growth needs affordably without having to hire full-time dedicated IT staff to be a much more efficient financial decision. We get access to over 20 technicians for the price of one.

In our industry we must have technology that performs every time we need it as we interact with the patients in real-time.

Another benefit after much review was the fact that they custom designed their own enterprise cloud. They own it, which gives them tremendous control. We can leverage their cloud for our remote workloads and meet compliance requirements.

The differentiation factor most appealing is that every product offering, including day-to-day compute operations, is covered under their monthly IT plan.

No matter the problem, or its complexity, we have a single contact for all our computer and IT related services and devices.

My account manager Karl has been the best at bridging communication and helping implement any IT related projects we have had.

The support guys like Emilio, The Austins, Pablo, Kevin and the rest of the guys make me feel comfortable and confident any time they are on site or on the phone.

Don't forget the CEO Tyler Spore, he has been the most responsive business owner of any vendor I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Overall this company has really made my day to day business operations more secure and efficient.
