Christopher had originally said in an email the charge would be $1920 to install a 3x3 video wall. He then sent a quote with an extra $600 to include "programming" the video wall. I called to better understand this, he confirmed the "programming" was tiling the video wall. For those of you unfamiliar with this process it would take less than 15 min to have all 6 displays tiled. When I tried discussing this with him.. he said this is our price.. take it or leave it.
We were looking to build a long lasting relationship with a quality AV company as we continually have projects like this.

$600 for 15 minutes worth of work.. and not open for discussion.. No thank you!

I made the mistake of hiring, first, a different (discount) installer. I stopped that job halfway through and hired Christopher. HUGE win. He was twice as expensive but worked 3-4x as fast and produced much much higher quality work. Everything looks great and works perfectly.
