This gate company is a complete and utter dumpster fire of incompetence. Their operation is so astoundingly pathetic that it’s hard to believe they’re even in business. Pushing the call button subjects you to an excruciatingly long wait while they fumble around, only to hit you with the same idiotic prompts—every. Single. Time. I’ve been through this gate hundreds of times, and they still act like I’m some kind of intruder. Half the time, they can’t even hear me, and when that inevitably happens, they make me start the whole circus over again. It’s like dealing with toddlers who found a walkie-talkie, except toddlers would probably do a better job.

Meanwhile, the property owners are blissfully unaware of how abysmal this system is because their fancy car sensors let them sail right through. The rest of us are stuck dealing with a service that seems intentionally designed to infuriate. Want an example of how bad it is? Today, my mother-in-law’s mother—an elderly woman in her mid-80s—couldn’t even reach the button. When she finally did, she could barely hear the operator, who then decided it would be appropriate to make the process even more difficult for her. I had to physically get out of the car to intervene. The lack of basic human decency is mind-blowing.

And then there’s the other gate. Oh, the other gate! Half the time, it’s just left wide open, unmanned, and utterly useless. If anyone with bad intentions wanted to stroll into this neighborhood, they wouldn’t even need to try. This gate system is less of a security measure and more of an open invitation to criminals.

This company is an insult to the concept of security and a slap in the face to anyone who has to deal with them. If the HOA doesn’t wake up and sever ties with these incompetent clowns immediately, they’re actively failing every resident in this community. This is beyond bad service—it’s negligence. Fire them, blacklist them, and let the door (or gate) hit them on the way out.

Easy job, easiest money to be made. You can make your way up the ladder fairly easily through commitment to your work and showing you actually care about the job. Chill place to work and the services provided are exceptional as well and ahead of the game.

The worst video surveillance service! Thieves come and go as they like from my property. Nobody is guarding anything, and you have to pay to repair their continuously failing equipment. I've had three break-ins and a lot of homeless persons coming and going as they like and sleeping on the property without anyone knowing. All in six months.
