Not sure who most people spoke to. But I spoke to the very rude and unprofessional owner Aleksey. All was fine at first. But when it came to the day of he was not able to keep to his word and blamed us for his mistakes when it came to scheduling his employees. We had schedule for around 3:30pm on the phone. He not only sent an employee out an hour and a half early, he blamed us for the mistake and tried charging us more for rescheduling to the time we would have like.

I am a Realtor in Brevard County and was searching for a photographer in Palm Coast. I found Virtual Open House online, read their reviews, and set up an appointment. Before the appt. I reached out with questions. Volchek, the photographer, answered all of my questions; he showed up to the appointment on time and was very accommodating to my sellers. He asked what areas we would like featured and made sure to get those areas for us. The pictures and virtual tour turned out GREAT! Days after the shoot, the Canal in the back of the home had undergone annual maintenance and cleaning; when I asked for a couple of new photos to be taken, Volchek did not hesitate. If you aren't using Virtual Open House to represent your listing, your sellers, and yourself as an Agent, you should be.
