We just recently visited here for my daughters birthday. What can I say- the staff where absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The systems and consoles were amazing and if any of the children had difficulty setting themselves up the staff were there to help and assist. There was refreshments provided for the adults and children and there was a real sense of ease the whole time we where there. After play time we all gathered in the party room where we were greeted with freshly bake pizzas for the children but not just for them- Margaret the hosted had put a pizza on for the adults too!! Thank you Margaret ?....we will definitely be visiting here more often as my children loved it!!

Were to start!! Didn't know much about this place but rave reviews and there great charity work I didn't hesitate to book it for my wee boys birthday recently. On arrival staff were very nice. Everything was basically ready to go at our time slot. But once we got up stairs that's when things started going wrong for the kids. Between games not updated and discs missing from boxes it some became apparent this wasn't going to end well with a group of disappointed kids. The birthday boy himself as a example wanted to play GTA. It took 4/5 machines to get him going. Bearing in mind other kids were having issues aswell. So by the time the birthday boy got playing the game some 40/45 mins of his time was gone.

The whole place wasn't really the experience that I had hoped for my son. He left as you would expect very disappointed.

I gave it two stars as the staff tried there best with what they had to work with and the kids enjoyed the pizza.

I can't see me returning to it and honestly I don't think my son would want to return.

Great friendly atmosphere the second you walk in the door. Lots for boys and girls to do. All the up to date games for PS4 and Xbox 1s. Virtual Reality Headsets that are amazing. Karaoke singing and dance as well. Ginormous screens for special events. Climbing wall for the more adventurous. Prison break to challenge the young minds, finding clues etc to get you out. Great concept. Free tea, coffee and juices included with admission price. At £5 per child per hour great value for money. Can also leave your child there with fully vetted staff members while you run your errands. Again, for no extra price!! Family owned business and made to feel so welcome. Can't wait to go back.
