Celebrated my twin boys' 12th bday party and rented out the entire venue. All the kids had a blast! Max and his staff went out of there way to help in every possible way. Great value for the money!!! Perfect place to hold a fun event for tweens, teens and adults!

My friends and I went here today because we wanted to play some beat saber and a revolver game. The person that got us set up, Jeff was very friendly, great service. The prices are also fair, only 35 dollars for an hour.

VR Place inside the SB Galleria Mall was so much fun!! Staff is amazing & they made sure we enjoyed ourselves. You can interact with multiple players which made the game 10 times more enjoyable. I can't wait to come back

Lots of fun and definitely worth the money. Great customer service from Orlando and he was very helpful setting it up and helping us play the games. For sure coming back 🙂

It's okay, my son was calling for someone to change the game..and no one answered. I paid $19 for 30 minutes..and he only played one virtual game. I was very disappointed. I wish I didn't to the store next door. Very sad, because he was the only person in there.. so he should have been attended to promptly. So please parents.. don't walk away.. make sure someone's there.

Sophia I. Is amazing its was my sons and my first time and she is amazing, i i wasnt lol expecting to play and gave me encouragement to get in the game and i had a blast probably more than my son lol … took me back to the super nintendo days…thank you sophia… ?
