VR Studio Helsingborg

Best Gaming and VR center in Helsingborg, my kids enjoyed to their full level and the staff is super friendly. Though could not enjoy all the rides and VR shows but will definitely return next time. Don’t forget to try the VR games they are amazing. If the kids are 10+ yrs they will enjoy to their level best, not recommended for junior kids as they have limited games and rides.

Our experience at this VR studio was terrible and upsetting. We waited at the front desk for help, but no one was available to assist us, leaving us standing there with no guidance. My young daughter, out of simple curiosity, reached out and accidentally activated a VR car simulation while we waited. Suddenly, a representative finally appeared and, instead of helping, began shouting at us aggressively. Her reaction was completely over the top and uncalled for, especially given that my daughter is young and didn’t understand what she’d done. The shouting frightened my kids, leaving them visibly shaken. To make matters worse, her attitude felt discriminatory, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of rude, unprofessional behavior—especially directed toward families with children—is unacceptable. We left feeling disappointed and disturbed, and I wouldn’t recommend this studio to anyone looking for a family-friendly experience. If you’re looking for a place with respect, kindness, and patience, look elsewhere. The fact that she reacted so harshly over a simple, innocent mistake was beyond excessive. Instead of kindly explaining the rules or helping my 3 years old daughter understand what went wrong, she chose to yell, which left my kids frightened and in tears. This experience ruined our whole weekend. I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to think twice before visiting this place. No child should be treated this way, and no parent should have to endure this kind of behavior. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning.

I was there at välacentrum Helsingborg with my two kids under the age of 4 and 3 kids of my sister age 14,12 and 8. I went there to ask the receptionist about the way those different toy machines were working. The first one was Arab and she guided me to pay in machines. So I went to use the car ride for my 3,5 years as she sat there her cousin of 8 years old started the car and as my 3.5 years old was already sitting Inside so I stand there with her for safety reason and was looking for an employe to help me with payment And thn here we go came a Swedish Karen. She started shouting at me infront of my kids and my sister’s kid that did you start this by your self and I answered . Yes thn she was like you don’t do this. You have to pay and I was like yeah I know that is why I was looking for someone to help. Went to the cashier to pay and she was still shouting and repeating her self. Bear in mind I m 4 months pregnant and I was like yeah I understand but can I pay now because we were there for a fun day and I don’t want to ruin it for all children. She won’t stop and she got the reaction. I went on explaining that I count leave my daughter that is why I was waiting for her to finish. She said so loud in Swedish “ta dina barn och gå ut härifrån ” and my kids where stressed by This. I just took all kids and went out and asked them to wait for me and I came back to the reception asking the other girl to give me her manger details I want to speak to them. The Karen jumped and said you can’t talk to them and called the security on me. As if I stole from the shop ?. Anyways the security guy came and she started saying oh she said that I am racist and I was like no you first attacked me and my kids and I said if it was a Swedish you would never behave the way you are behaving with me. Thn you know what she started shouting at me infront of the security guys and they took her side too. She had her crocodile ? tears and run ? from there the security guy took her side Saying oh why you said she is racist. Best in mind I didn’t not say this at all in the beginning but yeah when she said I am calling the security I said. If it was a Swedish person you would’ve never say go out with your kids and call the security. Ruined our holidays. The Arab nice girl working there calmed me down. But be careful going. If the manager of VR studio is reading my comment please do check your camera for 2nd Nov. so you can see who is on fault and hire someone who has some customer service skills not telling rudely to a lady with kids and pregnant to go out with your kids. It was a bad experience for my whole family and my guest kids. Not going to recommend anyone with kids. Because kids are very sensitive and hearing these words hurt their feelings. My 3.5 years old kept asking me “mommy why the lady said take your kids and go out? Are we bad kids ” It broke my heart. Some Karen are so rude and mean that they don’t even care what the impact of their negative words has on children. Thanks for reading my whole story and the bad experience I had in Halloween .

We had a very fun Sunday at the VR Studio. We tried most of the VR and fell in love with one kind in the end. Kind personal and great fun for the price.

Really enjoyed it. We were a group of 10 and got to try a good range of the activities. A couple of technical blips but they were handled well. The zombie game is great fun

Quite hidden away is this lottle gem. Took our kids 6-8 and both they and their parents had a great 2 hours. Lots of different gsmes and grest fun. Laughing at and with each other!

So funny

Very fun activity. You really enter another world when you put the VR-goggles on. Nice studio with welcoming and committed staff!
