We were lucky enough to get my apartment rental and home purchase through Welcome Home Real Estate.
Starting our with my apartment rental, it was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. The agents at Welcome Home made it easy to call our new rental home.
Our house search on the other hand, was not so smooth. Between lack of inventory and competitive bidding, we made several offers with no success but Katie O'Sullivan stuck by us. Despite a house being over our budget, Katie encouraged us to see it and see if there was an opportunity to make something happen. She pushed us to stay open minded and encouraged us to see what the house could be for our family in the future. With some tough negotiating on our behalf, Katie got us an accepted offer followed by a signed contract. Katie didn't know it at the time but she would need to continue to be a tough negotiator on our behalf the entirety of the transaction and for that, we are forever grateful. We got our dream home and are so excited to call Katie, and many others at Welcome Home, our neighbors and friends.
