I called and spoke to the representative to book a game track for my son they said since it’s a short notice they would need the whole amount upfront which was not a problem I am an active military that serves so I asked for the military discount that states on their website that they honor and the representative told me she did not know that her website said they honor a 10% discount for all active retired military and said she would not honor it and good luck to find somebody who does. I would have to say that’s very poor customer service and not knowledgeable of what they offer to their customers.

To the owner who just replied I am not referring to the wrong place I just called the number off the website and it was a female. No need to be rude rather you should find out what happened.

Great game truck! They came to my grandsons party today and were very communicative and helpful. Very organized and truck was very clean and the kids loved it. We will definitely call them again for our next function. Thanks guys!
