Outstanding work on a very complex project.

Westphal's replaced both my furnace and my Heat Recovery Ventilator and did a fine job on both. The system included a wood boiler and humidifier which all tied into the furnace along with the new HRV and existing AC system. These systems needed to communicate together correctly in the furnace so lots of wiring and programming of the furnace and thermostat.

Of course the system works fine when they were completed but additionally the work crew was very respectful of the home and cleaned up and carried everything away with them. Each of the technicians to a man was polite and explained what was going on. Eric provided excellent well experienced guidance on the equipment and I couldn't be happier with the results they delivered.

Westphal's is most highly recommended.

Nick was our service man. We were very pleased with his knowledge, ability to perform quickly, and the willingness to explain the system to the curious mind hovering over him. Nick is a very friendly person and assured us that Westphal was there for their customers. Thanks to the office staff, especially to Cassandra, for communicating with me through Facebook messenger and helping to alleviate our long weekend fears of being without heat. I contacted this company on four separate occasions over three months for a electrical project was told that there was a death and that someone would get back to me however I never received a call back in three months. I understand things happen but this company did not have any concern for our needs.
