If I can give this place zero stars I would. I ordered $10k of hardwood for my first home from here and there driver proceeded to drive on our lawn while it was raining and he tore up our lawn due to his tires getting stuck. After reaching out to Kevin who put us into contact with the owner who in turn said they would pay for the damages. They lied and never sent us a check for their drivers incompetency. And I do not even want to start with the hardwood floors they gave us. It is cheap and not durable AT ALL! If I am someone who is considering using a new hardwood floors in your own or investment property PLEASE use a more reputable company.

Steven is a horrible manager, has NO CUSTOMER service and is RUDE! I bought two stains that were clearly sold to me incorrectly because I have no knowledge of how stains works and they took advantage of that to sell a product and take my money. The stains were never used or opened they are still in my car. My contractor stated those colors will be to dark because I have oak floors and makes no sense of opening them, instead of them explaining that to me before purchasing they sold me 2 different sample stains for $20+ tax each that will not be useful and are none returnable. Steven refused to give me his last name or provide me with the information of the person that is higher than him. Steven also said $40 isn’t going to make or break the store yet they are refusing to refund $40 for unused items, clearly all about the money.

Steve at woodlawn floors has amazing selections and pricing on hardwood flooring etc. Out of 3 references on flooring showrooms I provide my clients, they end up purchasing from Steve, so that shows alot...
Steve takes care of me as a contractor. Highly recommend this store!
