Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner

This rating is for our experience with a specific rep there. She was the unicorn most people look for, but almost never find. She was helpful and informative. If corporate found how well and efficiently she did her job, they'd probably fire her for it. Companies are in the business to make money. Not provide good customer service, which by the way, doesn't exist anymore. The rest of them at this store couldn't find their backside with two hands and a flashlight. The expectation of most customers are also faulty. The people working at this store are in sales. Keyword is "sales". They're not hired to think. That would be a hyperextension of their cognitive abilities. My wife and I also went in with the intention of buying out our products, instead of rent to buy. That limits their ability a little more. Most customers don't do that because they choose not to. It's simple. We're smart with our money, so that we can do that. They were trying to pitch the option to make payments instead of course, because it's beneficial to them financially. I do things that will benefit my family, period. All in all, our experience with this particular employee, not the store, was good. That is the ONLY reason for the full set of stars.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, matter of fact I’d live to speak to management sometime asking why associates called my wife and I to help said “ I’ll be right back” then proceeds to not come back for 20 mins and the associates around available to help ignoring us in the store! Terrible!

I've had Xfinity going on 7 years but these past couple of months they suck. I have reached out to customer service multiple times to get faster internet for a good deal each time they lie give me the runaround and charge me but don't upgrade my internet speed. This company has definitely fallen off this past year I'll be looking into AT&t now.

Full of liars and hidden fees , they tell you what you wanna hear to get service. The wifi is good but they will try and rip you off. One month my speeds and data were good then the second month ten days after i payed the bills they said i used up all my data and they gonna charge me an extra $100

Decided to stop by to add cable so I can watch all the games with NFL Network. So thankful to all the employees, super helpful! Now I don’t gotta drive all the way to Visalia anymore.

Wonderful experience! Excellent customer service and the store itself was very clean and smelled good. I had to pay a $3 fee to unlock my number but for some reason it wouldn't accept my card. One of the representatives used their own credit card to pay the fee so I could be on my way with my new device. I highly recommend coming to the store it's so much better than dealing with the representatives on the phone.

Stopped by to reactivate my account using my old phone after my current phone got stolen. Was helped immediately by Eddie before I even got through the door. Eddie has outstanding customer service and was very personable. Very accommodating to my situation and made sure I was fully setup. I don't ever write reviews but Eddie did an outstanding job at troubleshooting my issues with my old phone (wasn't originally on Xfinity network) and getting me reconnected that he deserves the recognition. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

I've had xfinity for about 3 months now. I've had 3 different boxes, 5 technicians visit my home, over the phone support countless times, in app chat support countless times, and credit on my bill twice .... my wifi still goes out at least 6 times a day. I just want to enjoy the service I'm paying for.
