We had a Christmas party for my kids, nephews and niece (ages 8-22). Everything was amazing from booking with Brandon to being helped once there by Kasen and several other staff members to all the cool things in their new building. Even the food was great! I was thoroughly impressed! So much fun for everyone, including the adults. We will be back and I absolutely recommend everyone check them out.

Tonight we had a work group Dundie party and we had an amazing night! From start to finish Brandon helped us by creating a custom package that fit every need and wish we had. We had 35 (adults only) attend and we chose the Racos Taco Bar. We had two room for 4 hours and a dedicated party host. The food was excellent! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the perfect temperature. Jazz, our party host, was on top things and very friendly to all our guests. Finally, we chose the 2 hour unlimited package and it offered a wide variety of things for people to do. This brought our team together and everyone had a blast! Considering everything we received , the price was perfect and even lower than similar venues in the area. 100% we will be back next year.

Main complaint would be that the bowling balls looked like they went through sink disposal. They were so torn off. It was hard to even find a ball that fit, and lanes seemed to be pretty uneven as well.

Second, I noticed that when going go karting, there is no face mask you put on before putting a helmet on so all the helmets were sweaty and gross. Every go karting place I’ve been to makes you wear a face mask so that way your sweats absorbed by that not the helmet . Lice is definitely gonna be a concern for that

Third almost all the tables I found around the bar and restaurant area were dirty, and nobody was cleaning them in a timely manner

Fourth was that the interactive tile game kept breaking so we couldn’t even do it

Last complaint is going to be that the mini golf courses I could not play with the smart balls because they were all dead. They need like 10 more chargers so people can actually play the game. We weren’t able to use them once. Which sucks cause we paid to play that but didn't get to

Staff was friendly and I loved the laser tag. The VIP package was worth it we spent all day there

So happy about the new location! We've been coming to Zap Zone for at least 15 years. The new location has everything under one roof, a great new bar and new food options. Awesome service from the bar staff and loved all the food we tried. Got the volcano nachos and they were loaded with meat and cheese. Had multiple TVs for Lion's game and the sound was on. It was packed and super busy but we still had excellent service from the bartenders. Great time and so happy for the new location!!

Celebrated a 4th birthday here on a Sunday. I was worried 4 might be too young to appreciate the options, but the 2 hour package flew by. The trampoline park was fun; big obstacle course with trampolines, basketball, zip lining, and slides. The carousel and arcade games were also favorites. We were able to spend about $20 extra for arcade games, which lasted quite a while.
The crowd really picked up shortly after opening, and we were glad we got there early.

Zap Zone XL at the Lansing Mall is an absolute blast! The wife and I took our two boys there for the free laser tag a while back and this last weekend, and it was a total win. The place is massive, with something for everyone. You can race go-karts like pros, channeled your inner lumberjacks with axe throwing, and even conquered the high ropes course like fearless adventurers. But let me tell you, the laser tag battles were the absolute highlight for my boys. With Dad being a veteran We're talking seriously competitive, heart-pounding action that had them strategizing and dodging beams like seasoned pros.
The atmosphere is electric, with vibrant lights and upbeat music setting the mood. The staff were super friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone had a safe and enjoyable time. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good too - we devoured some delicious burgers and fries between activities.
The trampoline park was another hit, providing endless bouncing fun for the younger ones.
Overall, Zap Zone XL is a fantastic entertainment destination. It's perfect for families, groups of friends, or even a solo outing if you're feeling adventurous. It's clean, well-maintained, and packed with exciting activities. But the real MVP? Those epic laser tag battles where the training and skills I acquired as a infantry man suddenly had relevance to my boys. It was like a mini CQB range course and had them buzzing for days. We'll definitely be back for more action soon!

I'll start by saying our group of 4 had a good time while we were there. We got the $60 VIP bands and enjoyed our fair share of attractions. The problems started pretty quickly on arrival. Starting with the axe throwing (and nearly every subsequent attraction) there was no staff member present and we had to ask a passing by employee twice to send someone over so we could play, then the game wasn't properly calibrated and reading correctly and had to be manually changed every throw. We moved onto fowling where we once again had to wait for an employee to be found to play. After that, we got our bowling shoes and we asked about ordering food from the lane to which they told us they would send a waitress right over. After a 25 min wait, we decided to walk over and order ourselves and it wasn't until our food got to us that someone finally came over to take our order. During our bowling hour we encountered several issues including the alley knocking down remaining pins between a bowlers 1st and 2nd bowl, balls not coming back/being stuck in the return to where we had to get someone to go behind the lane to reset it, and the game resetting mid turn. After bowling we moved to the laser tag in which we had a great time however one of our party members had to change vest twice because it wasn't working and her gun would not register any "kills" we went to the putt putt course to finish our evening. The guy scanned our cards and said to grab our clubs and good luck, then walked away without giving us our balls to watch a friend play an arcade game. We had to go get him to give us balls to play. Once inside the machines that track your scores did not work, and we didn't have score cards to keep score so it made the game a lot less fun. When we came out at the end of the game to return our balls the employee was once again watching his friend play arcade games.

Best fun center I've ever been in. There's literally everything you can imagine in one place! Go-carts, laser tag, glow golf, bowling, bumper cars, and much much more! I was shocked at how many activities they managed to include in one place. And the go-carts were INSANE! By far the fastest I've ever been on. Like they're reallyyy fast. The track is amazing too. The place was clean and the staff were really friendly. I could not say enough good things about this place. They're doing everything perfect. If your looking for a night out, this place has everything for both adults and kids to enjoy!
