The customer support is the worst I’ve experience in a long time. They had 2 941’s I filed two months ago reject due to reasons that they couldn’t explain. Now my clients and myself are exposed to penalties. The customer service? Non existent. This organization is by far the worst out there.

I’ve never done any business here and I don’t even know what they do, but my girlfriend and I had our first kiss in front of the main entrance, and for that I am forever grateful to whatever company this is. 5/5 would kiss gf here again. Also we like to share meals outside out of the front doors now, it has a pretty good view of the square. Please don’t kick us out or report us for vagrancy ?

I have worked with Tax 1099 for about 3 years now. They have great customer support and the software is pretty easy to understand and use. 5 STARS all the way!

So incompetent! The only help I was able to find was a chat thread that kept dropping and starting over. I spent hours on the chat line and the reps that I chatted with were no help whatsoever. And their mess of a website is anything but user friendly. I just want copies of the 1099's I had them do. I followed all their directions and tried multiple browsers and only got errors or random downloads of their homepage. So, just in the last hour, the website has changed my 1099 info to: No Data Found! So it looks like I'll not be able to get copies at all. It's a terrible service, folks.

The WORSE company and worse platform for filing 1099s. They guarantee you can bulk file. Come 1/31, we were unable to bulk file for our 53+ payers. It took me over two hours to file 230+ forms. No one is available to speak with, their software does not work with Quickbooks (don't even try), their website is terribly designed, and they are mailing out 1099s late (they "guarantee" 24-48 hours after submission, but when you submit they said "within 24 hours" then I have forms going out 5 days late). They don't care what time you lose or price you pay. I will NEVER use their site again and would rather lick envelopes for two days then to give them my money. Waste. Of. TIME!

The new AI feature that they rolled out has worked exceptionally well for me. It's the first time I'm filing my own form, and the experience has been seamless. The AI is very conversational. Good job, Zenwork!

Easy, quick, reliable. We've used it for a few years with no problems.
